Chef sized jars of the unsurpassed quality herbs, spices and seasonings from Cherikoff Rare Spices. We understand that chefs want the best aromatics and pungents in the flavours they use. Our lemon myrtle, for example, is harvested in the early hours of the day and never after 10am. The leaves are air-dried in the dark and milled at sub-zero temperatures to preserve the essential oils. We then artfully blend our mixes to deliver a flavour profile that is not diluted with sugar and salt as primary components. And we store our seasonings at -19 degrees C to further ensure freshness.
