The rich greens of coastal rainforests and the colors of the Barrier Reef inspired me to create this wild citrus and chili delight. The chili is not just a ring-burner but an ingredient to open up your tastebuds and allow the aromatic fresh citrus flavors to work.

Use the Barrier Reef Lemon lime and chili sauce as you would any sweet chili sauce but also think about drizzling some on eggs, seafood pizza, pair it with sour cream or coconut cream. Add some to your favorite mayonnaise or use as a salad dressing just as it comes.

I also add a generous dash of my Barrier Reef Lemon lime chilli sauce to stir-fry dishes, I use it over steamed vegetables and it makes a terrific dipping sauce for spring rolls and other nibblies.
