Steak sauce with a sutble taste of paperbark smoke like a hint of an Australian bush fire. Picture a mob of ringers (wranglers) camped on the sandy bank of a dry riverbed in the Outback and grilling meat cut from the herd after a hard day's ride. What would they give for a bottle of this fine sauce to go with their tough meat? Only kidding.

Another of my sauces which works as a marinade for red or white meats (can't you have a steak of chicken?) as well as vegetables. It is also great as a finishing sauce where all you need to do is splash it on.

My Stockmans Smokey steak sauce can also be used like my other sauces as an ingredient itself. Add some to mayo, use as a dressing, add complementary flavors eg sesame seed oil, Mintbush marinade (if you are cooking lamb) etc.
